Alexander Lukashenko visits Nesvizh region

President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko is on a working trip to the Nesvizh district, where he gets acquainted with the progress of the harvesting campaign, BelTA informs.


The head of state began his trip with a visit to the winter wheat field of Novaya Zhizn OJSC. The President will hear reports on the progress of the harvesting campaign in the country as a whole and in the Minsk region and Nesvizh region in particular.

Alexander Lukashenko will also familiarize himself with the work of Nesvizh Baby Food Plant LLC, an enterprise producing dairy products. Here we will talk about the implementation of an investment project for the construction of a modern export-oriented milk processing enterprise with a capacity of 500 tons of raw materials per day.

President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko notes that this year, taking into account corn, the grain harvest should be at least 9.5 million tons. He stated this today during a working trip to Nesvizh region.

"When we talk about the fact that we must harvest 8 million tons of grain, we must emphasize that grain crops. Another 1.5 million tons are corn grains. In general, 9.5 million tons of grain this year is the minimum that should be taken And we can take it," the head of state said.

Alexander Lukashenko drew attention to the wages of the villagers. “Don't regret paying people. There should be no leveling,” the Belarusian leader emphasized.
