BelAZ Plant sent three mining dump trucks to Armenia

Three BelAZ-75585 dump trucks with a loading capacity of 90 tons have replenished the fleet of the Sotk mine (Geopromining Gold company) in Armenia, the press service of the enterprise said.

In fact, this is not the first mining dump truck at the Sotk mine. 130-ton BelAZ trucks are already operating here.

BelAZ-75585 is equipped with a new diesel engine with a capacity of 1,200 horsepower. To improve the reliability of the main load-bearing elements of the truck, new high-strength steels with a strength class of 390 MPa were used, and cast elements were used in the most stressful places.

By the way, one dump truck is already at the stage of setting up all systems and will be put into operation in the near future. And before the end of April two more BelAZs will join it. Dump trucks are installed by technical service specialists of the manufacturer.

Sotk mine is a gold ore deposit, the largest in the territory of Armenia for the extraction of pure gold, whose reserves are estimated at more than 120 tons.
