Campaigning for his candidacy contender for a seat in parliament is the date of registration by the district election commissions and to 00 hours. 00 min. 11 September. Information about this posted on the website of the CEC of Belarus, BelTA informs.

Registration of candidates is carried out 2 to 11 August, inclusive, and the campaign period begins immediately after registration and continues until the day of the election. At the same time campaigning on election day (in the case of the parliamentary elections in Belarus is 11 September) is prohibited.

There are various options for election campaigning, which include the performance of the voters at meetings, in the press, on television, radio, publishing program of its future activities. Allowed to put a question to the relevant election commissions to provide premises for meetings with voters.

The candidate shall have the right to determine the form and content of the types of pre-election campaign, while complying with the requirements of the legislation on elections, public events and media.

However, with the publication of election programs complied with the order they are received, which is determined on the basis of a single registration in the editorial office with the date and time of arrival. The volume of the program may not exceed two typewritten pages (no more than 4000 characters with spaces in computer set).

Also, the applicant has the right to one free five-minute speech on television, one free five-minute speech on the radio, and to participate in televised debates.

Funding for the manufacture of printed materials, rental of premises, equipment, payment of works (services), transport, office equipment, cover other expenses directly related to the candidate for the events of promotional nature, made exclusively from the funds of his election fund. This means that a candidate for a seat in parliament is prohibited to use other funds for election campaigning, except for those who entered the election fund.

The maximum amount of expenditure from personal fund can not exceed 1000 base units - Br21 thousand, taking into account denomination..
