This year, "Royal" cheese will appear with 46% fat in dry matter with melted milk

A new cheese with fenugreek and the aroma of walnut will be made. The trial cooking is already done, after 40 days the cheese will be ready. With a positive response after the tasting, the goods will be launched for production and will start production.
