Two technoparks will open immediately in Minsk Oblast this year

Belarus continues to develop innovative infrastructure. This year, it is planned to open several technology parks at once, including in Minsk Oblast.

As the chairman of the State Committee for Science and Technology Alexander Shumilin said at a press conference on January 21, new facilities will appear in Borisov, Molodechno, Bobruisk, Orsha and Baranovichi.

Recall that in total 16 technology parks and 9 technology transfer centers operate in Belarus. Such institutions exist in all regional centers, including in Pinsk, Novopolotsk, Gorki and other regions.

By the way, today in the Minsk region operates the only technopark located in Smolevichi district. It consists of several residents who produce equipment for trolley buses, diesel generators, etc. And by 2021 they plan to create 100 additional jobs in the park.
