To participate in the festive event, collectives of organizations and enterprises gathered on the State Flag Square, which in 2020 made a significant contribution to the socio-economic development of the country.

The selection of the best organizations is thorough. “A feature of the updated Board of Honor is a large number of healthcare institutions located on it. The pandemic of coronavirus infection has put a test of strength for our country, and a big blow fell on the workers of clinics and hospitals. Doctors worked around the clock, sacrificing their health and spending time with their families for the sake of saving the lives of others. This is valuable and definitely deserves great respect and recognition, which is why 14 health care institutions got on the Hall of Fame, ”said Deputy Minister of Economy Sergei Mityansky.

According to the results of work for 2020, 65 selection winners were entered on the Republican Board of Honor, including eight administrative-territorial units and 57 organizations. Among the districts, the best were Kamenetsky and Kobrinsky in the Brest region, Nesvizh and Logoisky in the Minsk region, Mozyr district of the Gomel region, and from cities and their territorial units - the Soviet and Pervomaisky districts of the capital, Leninsky district of Brest.

Minsk, Minsk and Brest regions were awarded for achieving the best results in the field of socio-economic development based on the results of work for 2016-2020.
